Sandra Rodman is the director and principal consultant and trainer for Extollo which specialises in quality professional and personal development courses. She has had a varied career working as:

• a university lecturer teaching at both post-graduate and undergraduate levels;

• a professional trainer in the legal and accounting professions;

• an external author for CCH Australia in its legal and accounting publications area;

• a consultant to both business and government; and

• a professional business adviser.

Sandra has made over 250 presentations to professional bodies and numerous more to clients. She has authored a large range of materials including a loose-leaf service, several book chapters and over 300 papers. She has at various times throughout her career been a member of a range of professional bodies and participated on their advisory boards.

She has had a lifelong commitment to teaching and teachers and was twice a finalist in the Lecture of the Year Awards at the Queensland University of Technology.
